Our Team
Hristo has been one of the leading experts in Bulgaria’s commercial real estate sector for the past 10 years. His diligent methods have won him the trust of many occupiers and landlords with over 120 projects and a total volume exceeding 135,000 sq. m.
Hristo has utilized his knowledge defending the interests of some of the largest office occupiers in Sofia in their projects for relocation, renegotiation, portfolio optimization, etc. He has also acted as the leading agent for major office project in Sofia.
Hristo holds a BA in International Economic Relations from UNWE, Sofia.
Over the last 8 years Dimitar has become one of the leading consultants on the office space market advising over 100 projects with a total volume exceeding 120,000 sq. m.
Dimitar’s focus is in defending the best interest of some of the largest local and multinational occupiers in their projects for relocation, consolidation, cost optimization, renewals and portfolio expansion.
Dimitar holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from UNWE, Sofia and is a certified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Over the last 6 years, Ivan has been consulting office occupiers in various projects including relocations, cost optimizations, expansions and consolidations. He has led the negotiations for more than 30 companies with total size, exceeding 40,000 sq. m and has participated in the sale-purchase of over 10,000 sq. m of office space.
Ivan is highly service-oriented and naturally builds lasting relationships with clients.
Ivan holds a BA in Business Administration and Information Technologies from the American University in Bulgaria.
